Well, it was a great night for racing. Edbo and I were the only two people that were able to race. David was awesome enough to come out even though his car had some issues and he couldn't race. Tre represented with the wings up and Edbo brought some spectators with him as well. It would have been nice to see more people but it didn't work out that way.

I ran a 12.701 which is my new best. Same MPH @ 107 but I was having some stability problems. I only ran 3 times. One 13.7 N/A time and one 12.7 Spraying time. I ran a third time and my car decided to test the durability of the "wall". Fortunately I was able to keep that from happening but I decided not to test fate again. I think I had my pressure too low in my tires which was why I was having so many issues. Anyway, I am pretty sure a 12.5 or 12.6 was there giving that my previous best 60 foot was 1.7 and on the 12.7 run I had a 1.8 60 foot time.

Thanks to those that came out and hopefully next year when it warms up we will have more people interested in supporting events that aren't "cruise and eats". Doubtful but a guy can hope right?

I saw your runs. Good job! I was there with a few GTO guys. I was .05 off my best, but I picked up my mph to 107.67. My best Friday was 13.151/107.67.

My best is a 1.998 but Friday my best was a 2.027. I still have the stock gears and converter. I would pick up a ton with 3.73's and about a 2800/3400 stall. Maybe over the winter ;)

Chris, do you have any of the pics from Friday posted? I did enjoy blowing that Ricer away the other night in my third run! Went 2 for 3 (other win against a pretty darned good 5.0 Fox 'Stang). I still have a long way to go to get mine where I'd like to be (12's). I do like my 3.73 gears except I am going into 4th about 50 yards in front of the traps and my launch times on my BFG's are pretty bad but getting better (went from 2.5xx to 2.2xx), I just need some launch practice. The spectators I brought over Friday really enjoyed watching the runs being made and enjoyed seeing me participate as well. I sure enjoyed watching that white Fox Mustang running in the 8's, that sucker was the bomb!

Would of loved to be out there in the support role, but was clearing post and didn't leave Ft. Benning until after 6:30PM, glad to see you are trimming those times down!
I am also curious to know if ya left any skid marks in your drawers on your near wall experience, lol!

It was a blast but it did get really chilly outside. Silver Dollar is a really good place to run, makes you forget about Phenix Dragway really quick, plus 1/4 mile is much more fun than the 1/8 mile IMO.
