Running Lean????

I ran a test on my computer in my car because the check engine light is on. It come back and said bank 2 system lean. Does anybody know what that is? I am thinking it is an o2 sensor. I just want to make sure before I go and buy one.

could be a vacuum leak (90%), dirty AFM, bad O2, etc. If you want you can swing my my place one night and I can check for a vacuum leak and look at the AFM

both times my truck threw that code, it was bad o2 sensor, but take Jordan's advice and check further before spending the money to relace those damn expensive sensors first!!

you have your cats off? if so, do you have MIL's?

I took my cats off but when I got the tune, He eliminated the back o2 sensors

Have you done anything to your intake or fooled with any vacume line (split or cracked lines) Mine is lean as ground chuck... But it comes from a vac leak on the intake.

I haven't done anything to my intake. It is running just fine but I want to get it running right with the computer. Just don't want to buy something and it not be what I need
